This Mongoose does NOT have a tail driven auto. Take another look,.. the tail is not turning during the auto. This? type of flying will only get about 20 minutes. But if auto's are in the mix then it's possible to get up to 30 minutes. And 30 minutes of flying costs about 40 cents in a Mongoose. :))) Fly all day for 5 bucks or less! Airstar will guarantee 14 lbs payload, but others have reported 20+ lbs. I run a Duralite 7.4 bat and regulate at 5.1V. 4 - 5 flights with no problems.

Very nice! It looked like you had a driven? tail during your auto, is that an optional part? Ecovanblackie, I'm getting about 30 minutes on a tank from mine. I have the generator option so I don't have to worry about outflying my battery.

Hi rotorwingz, what a sweet heli! Do you? know what kind of payload this sucker can carry, and whether it would make a good AP vehicle? Also, what flight time do you get if just sport flying, no 3D? Thanks in advance.
