Excellent video, set? up my Align T-rex 450 with orange Spektrum receiver, similar settings but tutorial is spot on, thank you so much for a fantastic video, my heli flew/hovered spot on with slight trimming, GOOD WORK!!!!

Yes you can, but you will have to find a gyro that you cna use without plugging in the single gain wire. Off the? top of my head, I can't think of one that would work, but I know they are out there.

Very? good video, I bought a DX6i TX and I would like to know if it is possible to control a retractable landing gear of an Augusta-109 fuselage of my 450 heli.

If you watch my "F-16 Maiden Flight" video (it's one of the newer ones), you will? see I used the OrangeRx (DSM2) with my DX8. I don't think anyone suggests doing this since it likes to brown out, but in my flight, it never cut out and worked great. I would not put it on something that costs a lot of money, but for a foamie, it's great. As always, hope to see you soon on Rc-Help.com

Can you use the orange? receivers with the DX8?
By: RcHelpDotCom. on 13 Apr 12, 20:44:04
Thanks you. It's my pleasure to help those that are just getting started. I as well now have a DX8 and love every bit of it lol. When you make your video, make sure to? post it on Rc-Help.com so we all can see. Can't wait to see it! Congratulations.

fabulous video sir. Just upgraded from a blade SR to a 450x and all of the TX setup was totally new to? me and quite confusing. Even though i am using the dx8 i was able to translate all of this video to my TX and setup my heli accordingly. Did some hovering in the garage and had some similar tail issues that would have taken me forever to troubleshoot without this. Love your settings and love this video. Thanks a ton! gonna make a video soon of your settings on my 450 all credits will go to you!

Nice job. Quite helpful. If you would have put this video up one year earlier, I think I might have saved quite a lot of money (fewer crashes). First Heli was a Dynam 450 E-Razor. First flight was? about 15 seconds long before I put it in the dirt.

The three stooges must have voted thumbs down thinking it meant to like it. This video was amazing. I adding it? to my favorites twice. This was the best informational video on setting up a helicopter correctly . It helped me clear up some rc terms and taught me much more than anything else. It also didn't bore me as your narration is perfect and your angles were great so I could see what to do. Know I can setup up my 450 heli confidently and make sire I get it right.
