Currently just shy of $90,000 canadian to get do your entire cphl course on a bell 206 b3. About $65,000 to do it on an R44... I am currently going through the CPHL in the 206 B3 and had also talked with the armed forces about joining to become a pilot and was informed that they are only currently hiring engineers and people to be in the medical field... Apparently they are releasing helicopter pilots??? I would love to be able to join and take military? training and fly the 412! Great video BTW

no you're not, because no pilot refers to it as Light Escort / Attack helicopter, its a? utility helicopter.

Borden is not even a "Operational" base, its only a "school" just like Gagetown, a the except that Gagetown have the 2RCR BG. JTF2 are based in Ottawa / PET, and the nearest C17 is? at Trenton'

Mad respect for them bud .They served their country well. Being a door gunner is not the only job im looking at right now . Their's E.O.D .AVN Tec,Door Gunner ,Pilot, and many more .pluss i have a few years left in cadets befor i join the military . thanks for the concern . Gd bless all who serve their country . dont my uncle is marine corps and he had a friend that was shot in the head by a PKM round while he was covering for door gunner who had already been shot (the door gunner had been? shooting at a house the ground units were taking fire from before they landed to pick there wounded up but the gunner was shot right when they landed) so my uncles friend volunteered to take his place and no less then 30 seconds after they took off he was shot in the head once and the body 3 times
