another down part is that, if you think you can be a bad kicking ass by kick and punch, then you will be embarrased in this game as the only way to win the game is learn how to grab or counter grab your enemy. No punch or kick combo, it's all based on grapling,? even for kickboxing style. Instead of bad ass, macho muscle dudes like Kazuya, Feng or King, you will get pornstars, so this game is like targetting anyone who loves girly animes and fighting. I just prefer to watch AI vs AI, than play it

DOA4 is not for basic gamer who never touch the series before. It has a lot much better graphic compared to Tekken and a lot more interactive and cinematic moves. Love the slow motion when you watch cpu vs cpu in cinema mode. However, the story sucks, most characters? are sex objects, half of rosters are ninjas, and the rest of character are Asian or w/ Asian martial art, unlike Tekken where you have global characters with British boxer, Thai kick boxer, wrestlers, kungfu, shoot fighters, etc.

I remember people were underwhlmed with every launch window game and that most of them didn't look much better than high end xbox? games. I remember people were even wondering if game graphics had reach some pleatau. This was probably one of hte stronger games in that launch window. Not saying people weren't underwhelmed, though I remember my friends that were fans of the this series liked it and thought it was pretty.

nice review... you covered the game nicely, though i still think you gotta work on the way you talk throughout the video. it sounds like youre reading from? a script and youre trying to make yourself sound interesting or funny or something.. :/ just some constructive criticism, bro. but i like your reviews and you cover a huge spectrum of games. keep it up man.

When people first saw D0A3 they said "wow, that looks bloody amazing", when people first saw DOA4 they were disappointed that it looked the same as DOA3. Whereas DOA3 was the XBox1's most impressive visual showcase? at its launch by far, DOA4 was, technically, one of the least impressive XBox360 launch era games. My biggest issue with the game (which I enjoy playing, btw) Hayabusa and Hayate are absurdly over-powered.

i loved this game, im not great at fighting games not even average but i still love them. this game though let me? at least be average due to the counter system i got the knack of that and had a lot of fun playing it, looking forward to DOA5 .
