** WARNING ** "T-34 Helicopter Battery Mods" 1000mA = 1.0A / "Current" These "MT370 Motors" Don't Like Current. They Are Cr@p & Burn Out Very Quickly I Tested a T-34 With 7.4v @ 2000mA LiPo Battery "Fully Charged" & The Short Flight Lasted About 20sec It Lifted & Hovered Then Landed As Bottom Blades Stopped & Top Blades Just Spin Nothing? Wrong With The Gears Just These Wee Motors Just Can't Handle It... So I Would Suggest DO NOT Go Higher? Than 7.4v @ 1500mA

Are they the higher discharge? ones 25c? they have gone up in price since i bought one, mine was only £5 but it was a while back now.

Thanks There I've? just Ordered Two 7.4v 1000Mah KingMax Batteries Weights 73g Not Bad For £20.65 inc UK Delivery

It just depends on the motors, some will last longer than others, i wouldn't want to fly for more than 10-12 minutes, your much better using more than one battery, fly for 10 mins, rest for a few minutes then fly for another 10 mins on another battery and so on, theres no point? in adding loads of weight to the heli with one heavy battery, the 1000mah kingmax weighs 72g, try a turnigy nano tech lipo they have high discharge so more power and they are quite cheap.

So how long Will This New Battery Last in Flight Before These Wee Motors Give up "Over? Heat" I Thought 3000Mah Would Be OK But!.. Now Battery Weight Would Be a Problem What is The Weight Of That Li Po & How Much Weight Can These T-34 Lift Anyone Try This..? "T-34 Weight 250g?"
By: RCHELIBUG. on 10 Feb 12, 18:59:31
If they fit you can add whatever you like, i'm? always building project heli's but personally i would waist my money on the t34, save it for when you get a single rotor heli.
By: hikinguphigh. on 10 Feb 12, 18:50:00
i know it probably sounds silly but could i add parts of other copters i was? thinks about putting a trex 250 carbon boom etc on it kind regards
By: RCHELIBUG. on 09 Feb 12, 17:45:56
Its just because the kingmax has a higher discharge rate 25c compared to stock 18c, no it won't fly upside down, you would need a 6ch cp? heli for that.
By: hikinguphigh. on 09 Feb 12, 16:17:37
how come the kingmax battery lifted? more weight. also can these helicopters be flown upside down kind regards
By: RCHELIBUG. on 09 Feb 12, 00:39:37
Yeah as long as its 7.4v, the higher mah is just its capacity or how long it will last, its not anymore power, it will? also add weight.
By: hikinguphigh. on 08 Feb 12, 23:36:59
So is it safe? to use the 1500 mah battery cause I wanna get one
By: RCHELIBUG. on 20 Apr 11, 23:06:42
Hi, its your motors that will get hot if you run to long they will burn out, so what i'm saying is why try flying with a really heavy battery when you still have to stop flying halfway though the battery life to cool the motors, you would be better using 2 batteries, the big battery is pointless. keep the weight down to? a minimum, i'd even say the 1900 mah may be too heavy, i've just got a kingmax 1500mah 25c and i would not go any bigger than this.
By: dzsovanni1. on 20 Apr 11, 22:52:25
the going hot is maybe not issue cos i say don't have to charge again, but if you? said the weight is a problem, than may i try the 1900mah, i thinked the big 4200mah to install under the helicopter, now am confused.
By: dzsovanni1. on 20 Apr 11, 22:47:10
Thank you it is clear. I think i try KingMax? 4200mAh 7.4v 25c max 35C Lipo AKKU battery RC 252g
By: RCHELIBUG. on 20 Apr 11, 22:46:55
Hi, upping the mah isn't going to give you any more power, just longer flying times. If you run your T-34 for more than 10-12 mins in one go your risking burning out the motors, so even with a high mah you will have to rest the T-34 to cool down, you would be better to use 2? batteries like the kingmax, run one for 10-12 mins, let the motors cool down, then use the other battery. If you use the heavy battery you will still have to stop to cool motors, but it will fly like a brick.
By: RCHELIBUG. on 20 Apr 11, 22:35:01
Hi, have you tried the 4200mah battery yet? i would think the T-34 will really struggle with such a big battery. My T-34 in the video did? lift the extra weight but it wouldn't fly very well if at all, the video is just to show the power difference between the stock battery and the kingmax. Also i had to mount the weight/knife on the skids to balance out the weight, if you put a 252g battery on the T-34's battery tray it will just drag the nose down to the ground.

Hi, the C is the discharge rate, the higher the C the longer it lasts. for example, take a battery that is 1000mah and 10c, multiply the mah by the c rating but put a decimal point between the c rating, so becomes 1.0, so 1000 x 1.0 = 1000, the higher the number you? get the longer the battery it will last. 1000mah x 10c/1.0 = 1000 1000mah x 15c/1.5 = 1500 1000mah x 20c/2.0 = 2000 1000mah x 25c/2.5 = 2500, and so on. hope you can understand this.

Hi? i recently bought the T-34 i like it , this is my 1st helicopter. I look for batteries? and have From 15C to 40C. What that C mean? Can you tell me please. Ooh and also i found a good battery it is 4200mah and just 252g what thats mean your battery was 72 + 132 the knife that is 204 so extra 48g and you have lots more power. You don' have to run without stop, but you don't need to go back home to charge :D

Ta very much, will have a look on? eBay... :)
By: RCHELIBUG. on 17 Apr 11, 21:30:03
hi, i've? not found one better than the kingmax batteries, i've got 4 of them now and as you can see from the video they have much more power than the stock battery and cheap too.
By: SIXEIGHTTWO. on 17 Apr 11, 11:25:55
Hello, which battery would you recommend for? the T34?? Thanks
By: RCHELIBUG. on 15 Apr 11, 23:31:05
Hi, it could be down to a few things, damaged blades, gears missing teeth, 1 or both motors on their way out (motors make a wining noise before they go),? or it could be a problem with the battery. hope you get it sorted.
By: drsaurabhg. on 15 Apr 11, 11:05:48
Hi. Got problem. After a week of playing with it.. Now it doesn't lift up more? than a feet or 2. Any ideas?
By: RCHELIBUG. on 06 Apr 11, 14:58:39
yes i've bought several kingmax lipo's of ebay and they are good batteries but you don't really want to get one any higher than around 1500mah because it will be too heavy for the t-34 and it won't get off the ground. Also, if you fly for too long in one go you will probably burn? out your motors really fast, after just a 10 min flight the motors a red hot so i wouldn't fly any longer than this without resting the heli to cool down.
