Wow, you sure are a real asset to youtube. If you asked your question in a form that would let me know more about the answer you needed, I would have given a very specific and exact answer. Your general question just begged for a most simplistic answer. Too bad for you if you couldn't handle my response. Bet you're really fun to be? around...

Top job! Is the start up sound from a Benedini sound system? Or a function of your clutch setup? Or? just VERY lucky? :)

I've priced these from vario and between 6 and 10 thousand is a little out of my budget. Sweet setup and? great job on the flying. I fly a couple nitro 30's from century.

I'm directly under the approach of a major airport here in Atlanta. When shooting this and my other 412 flight video, I had to wait for air traffic to pass by as to not have it drown? out my audio track! You can actually tell it's a 757 from its engines? Pretty cool!

It's all relative isn't it? I have one R/C heli that's 10 feet in the main rotor alone!? Length from the canopy bubble (Bell 47G) to the end of the tail boom is over 8ft. Flying weight is close to 50lbs. Now THAT'S huge! :D Power is via a Poulan chain saw engine of 50cc.
By: jchang911. on 19 Jan 09, 00:51:48
DANG that's like a foot shorter than me!!! i have? a micro heli thats about a foot long so its HUGE in my opinion
By: StormyMaxPerry. on 18 Jan 09, 07:16:10
It's a? "60" size heli, 680mm main blades, 13.5lbs ready to fly. Rotor diameter is close to 1550mm, overall length maybe 5ft. This body size used to be considered as rather large 10 years ago but compared to what's currently available, it seems quite small.
By: jchang911. on 16 Jan 09, 07:35:57
how big? is that?
By: poppy1821. on 24 Dec 08, 07:38:02

Oops, forgot some of the other electronics installed. There's a pair of CSM SL720 gyros? and a Helitronics mixer inside too. Got them at about half their new cost via trading. That's $200 for the mixer and ~$250 for each of the two gyros. How could I forget?!
